Return and Refund Policy

At GANDS, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you have the right to request a return and refund under the conditions outlined below.


Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering will not be accepted for return.

  • GANDS reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.


Return Process

  1. Send an email to info@gands-official.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. You will receive instructions on how to ship the item back.

  3. The customer is initially responsible for the return shipping cost.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, and if it meets all conditions, we will issue a full refund of:

    • The product price

    • The return shipping cost (refunded to your original payment method)


Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we confirm the returned item meets all criteria.

  • You will be notified by email once your refund has been issued.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene or safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Underwear or swimwear (if applicable)

  • Customized or personalized items
